Today I lead quality for a licensed sportsbook; across fourteen years my work also spans engineering and certifying firmware, validating device precision, and holding products to industry standards.

Team Lead Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
Lead quality for a licensed sportsbook across the full stack — owning the regulated mobile betting app, the customer service portal, and the trading platform that manages the book's liability. Manage and mentor a team of three QA engineers under strict gaming-regulatory requirements.
- Built and own a manual test suite of 2,000+ cases spanning the entire stack — mobile app, CS portal, and risk platform.
- Drive end-to-end testing of the mobile sports-betting app: wagering flows, live odds, bet placement, wallet, and geolocation compliance.
- Validate the customer-service portal agents use to manage player accounts, transactions, and support escalations.
- Test the liability-management platform that imports events, sets and adjusts lines, and manages real-time book risk and exposure.
